Here is Reagan again in her Flower Power, Girl's Rule Sundress. Another dress that I appliqued for her last year. At the time she was not into wearing dresses. Probably a good thing as it looks like the dress fits her tiny body a year later! Jill (my daughter) and Ricky are the proud grandparents.
